Located in the city centre of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, close to the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car, the Akashon restaurant is open every evening all year-round from 7pm to 10pm.

Native from the Valley of Chamonix, chef Julien Binet uses local ingredients and mountainous flavours with passion and creativity. Combining local gastronomy and French savoir-faire, the chef of Akashon in Chamonix offers a personal, traditional and refined cuisine: local specialties, dishes to share, children’s menu, food and wine pairings, both children and adults will love it.

Chesnut cream, soft poched eggs, gratted foie gras, croutons.

Slowly cooked porc belly, leeks fondue, polenta frits.

Hake brandade, cauliflower and buttetnut cream, sweet chorizo, croutons and trout eggs.

Side dish of the day

Oven steam carott, mashed potatoes.
